Recently I have made bliss balls quite often and this experiment was successful. The result is a soft ball that melt in the mouth and has a hint of coffee. I like to use protein powder and usually I use vanilla flavoured, but I'm sure other flavors will work too.
Almond Protein Bliss Balls
10 pcs
1 dl vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp almond butter
2.5 tbsp coffee or water
1 tsp coconut oil
pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls. Store in the fridge.
Mandel Protein Blissbollar
10 st
1 dl vaniljproteinpulver
2 msk mandelmjöl
1 msk mandelsmör
2,5 msk kaffe eller vatten
1 tsk kokosolja
nypa salt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och forma till bollar. Förvara i kylen.
