Vanligen gör jag proteinbollar till mellanmål, men nu ville jag testa att grädda dem i ugnen och det gick också bra. Du får ett mjukt kex med god smak av vanilj. Man kunde bra smaksätta dessa med t.ex kardemumma, chokladbitar eller kanel.
Usually I make protein bliss balls for a snack, but now I tried to bake them in the oven and it went well. You get a soft cookie with good taste of vanilla. You could also add spices like cardamom, chocolate pieces or cinnamon.
Vanilla Protein Cookies
5 pcs
2 msk vaniljproteinpulver, Muscletech phase 8
1 msk jordnötssmör
1 msk macadamiamjölk
2 msk mandelmjöl
1 tsk kokosolja, flytande
Stir together all the ingredients and shape into balls. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them slightly. Bake at 175 C for 10-12 minutes.

2 tbsp vanilla protein powder, Muscletech phase 8
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp macadamia milk
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser och forma till bollar. Lägg dem på en bakplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper och platta till dem en aning. Baka i 175 C för 10-12 minuter.
