Inspired by many different recipes online, I made these gluten-free cardamom buns. They are moist and has a distinct flavor of cardamom. I topped the buns with gingerbread dough for that little extra.
LCHF Kardemummabullar
12 st
4 ägg + 1 äggula
3 msk sukrin
50 g smör, smält
1 dl grädde
1 dl kokosmjöl
4 msk fiberhusk
2 tsk bakpulver
2 tsk kardemumma
pepparkaksdegsbitar, valbart
Vispa ägg och sötning i ca 5 min så det blir fluffigt. Vispa i grädde och smält smör. Blanda sedan i de torra ingridienserna. Låt svälla i 5-10 minuter. Forma smeten till runda små bullor och toppa med pepparkaksdegsbitar. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 10-12 minuter.

3 tbsp Sukrin sweetener
50 g butter, melted
1 dl cream
1 dl coconut flour
4 tbsp fiberhusk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cardamom powder
gingerbread dough pieces, optional
Beat eggs and sweetening fluffy for about 5 minutes. Whisk in the cream and melted butter. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Let swell for 5-10 minutes. Shape the mixture into round little buns and top with gingerbread pieces. Bake at 175 C degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
