Chocolate cookies without added white sugar was better than I had expected. They are crunchy and have a lovely taste of chocolate. I use my favorite stevia sugar from Good Good and fiber syrup from Sukrin. These can be made with white sugar if you like. Now have a nice day!
Chokladsnitt med Vit Choklad
50 g smör
0,5 dl steviasocker, Good Good Via Health
1 msk fibersirap, Sukrin
1 dl mjöl
1,5 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
vit choklad utan tillsatt socker
Vispa smör, socker och sirap poröst. Blanda i mjöl, kakao och bakpulver. Rulla ut degen till en längd, ca 30 cm. Toppa med vit choklad. Grädda mitt i ugnen på 175 grader i ca 15-20 minuter. Lat svalna en aning och skär i snittar.

Beat butter, sugar and syrup until fluffy. Mix in the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Roll out the dough to a length of about 30 cm. Top with white chocolate. Bake in the oven at 175 C degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into pieces.
