This is a sweet cake with glaze made from the Finnish candy Omar (Fazer). A little piece of the cake is enough and is good with a cup of coffee. If you do not get Omar candy where you live, then soft fudge should work instead.
Chokladrutor med Omarglasyr
2 ägg
2 dl socker
100 g smör, smält
1,5 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
glasyr:
1,5 dl grädde
150 g Omar godis, små bitar
Vispa ägg och socker pösigt. Blanda i smör, mjöl, kakao och bakpulver. Häll smeten i en bakform 20 cm x 20 cm klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda kakan i 175 C grader i ca 15 minuter.
För glasyren lägg grädde och omar i en kastrull och låt sjuda under omrörning i ca 10-15 minuter. Häll glasyren på den svalna kakan och ställ kakan i kylskåpet tills glasyren stelnat. Skär i rutor med en varm kniv.

150 g Omar candy, small pieces
Beat eggs and sugar fluffy. Mix in butter, flour, cocoa and baking powder. Pour the batter into a baking mold 20 cm x 20 cm lined with baking paper. Bake the cake at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes.
