The perfect Christmas cake? A sticky cake with a taste of gingerbread and pieces of gingerbread inside. It's so good and sticky. Do not over bake it, because this one must be sticky. I made half the batch and had my cake in the oven for 15 minutes. It's going to be loose in the middle when it is taken out of the oven. So good, so good :)
Pepparkakskladdkaka
100 g smör, mjukt
2,5 dl socker
2 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
4 msk kakao
2 tsk pepparkakskrydda
0,5 tsk bakpulver
6 smulade pepparkakor
Blanda ihop det smör och socker. Tillsätt äggen och blanda. Rör till sist i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i en form klädd med bakplåtspapper och grädda i 175 grader ca 20 minuter. Låt svalna och förvara i kylskåp.
Gingerbread Mud Cake
100g butter, soft
2,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
1,5 dl flour
4 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp gingerbread spice
0,5 tsp baking powder
6 crumbled gingerbread
Mix together butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment and bake at 175 degrees about 20 minutes. Let cool and store in the fridge.
