When I saw this recipe on a Finnish site, I became interested because it was so different. Who's thinking about making patties of finn crisps? I can tell you that they became very good and are very easy to make. Try them out!
Biffar på Surskorpa (Finn Crisp)
ca 14 st små
100 g surskorpor
70 g riven ost
1 ägg
2 msk creme fraiche
en nypa salt
ca. 0.5 dl mjölk
Lägg surskorporna i en matberedare och mixa till ett grovt smul. Tillsätt ost, ägg och creme fraiche och salt och mixa lite till. Tillsätt mjölken gradvis tills konsistensen är formbar och den hålls ihop. Forma till små biffar och stek dem på medelvärme i smör i några minuter på båda sidor. Servera genast.
Finn Crisp Patties
14 small patties
100 g finn crisps
70 g grated cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp creme fraiche
a pinch of salt
approx. 0.5 dl milk
Put the finn crisps in a food processor and mix into a coarse crumb. Add the cheese, egg and cream fraiche and salt and mix a little more. Add the milk gradually until the texture is formable and holds together. Shape into small patties and fry them on medium-heat in butter for a few minutes on both sides. Serve immediately.
